Wedding Decorations with Flair
A wedding is a time for making lasting memories. The day is filled with stress and joy, relatives and friends, vows and passion. Carefully choosing wedding decorations will add to the day in a great way. The wedding decorations are something that not only the bride and groom will remember but all the guests will see and enjoy.
Wedding decorations with flair will be something that will make a wedding stand out as spectacular. There are many ways to decorate with flair; traditional weddings may seem boring to some but with a little effort can be made elegant. The first thing to consider is the color theme. If the bride is going to wear white the other members of the wedding party should wear colors which will make the bride stand out. Contrasting colors do this well. Bright pinks, reds, and blues will always make a nice backdrop for the beautiful bride in her white gown.
Once the color has been chosen the next consideration is the flowers. Choosing one particular flower in a single color is a nice way for the flowers to be enhanced. Adding greenery, candles, and ribbon will all increase the beauty of the day.
Non-traditional Wedding Decorations
Sometimes the best way to achieve flair is to choose something unique and flamboyant. A nice alternative to flowers would be balloons. This may also reduce the cost of the decorations considerably. Balloons can be used in much the same way as flowers for wedding decorations. Balloons can be helium filled and either used individually or made into bouquets. Colorful wall and ceiling hangings such as paper-mache birds or flowers would be a unique way to decorate. A different idea for a night wedding would be to use lighting that would look like stars. If local laws don't forbid it, fireworks would add to the dcor and celebration. Of course, this would entail having the wedding outside.
Outdoor Wedding Decorations
Having a wedding outside often brings a certain amount of natural decoration. Choosing a garden setting, a park setting or a setting near a lake or the ocean will create a beautiful atmosphere without having to add much. In these settings just adding some simple candelabras or ribbons and bows would complete the wedding decorations. This can decrease cost of decorations while still creating a setting with flair. Most importantly, remember that the bride and groom are the center of the day and the wedding decorations should complement their day while creating a beautiful and memorable setting.
